I’ve been in the health and fitness space for almost 14 years now, and my gosh what a journey it's been! From starting out in Crossfit, having kids, building up and owning a gym, becoming a nutritionist and suffering hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's and PCOS myself, It's been a wild ride!
